Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in both
residential and commercial real estate markets.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities, ensuring
the company's offerings meet market demand.
Set and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets to ensure revenue
growth.

2. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of
excellence and accountability.
Develop training programs and resources to enhance the skills of sales professionals,
ensuring they are equipped to sell both residential and commercial properties
effectively.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to team
members.

3. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and real estate
developers.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile or strategic clients, ensuring
exceptional service and satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client
meetings.

Experience 3 - 4 Years
Salary 4 Lac To 5 Lac P.A.
