Job Description

1. Communication with clients / Employer / Sales Head about project, events, customer complaints

2. Collaborating with clients or employer, finance team and other team members regarding order, budgeting and allocation funds

3. Answer telephone and respond to inquiries from clients

4. Create, compile and export data base containing all information for sales marketing events or day to day reports

5. Process and files invoices from vendors

6. Answer potential client’s questions about facility and amenities.
