• He/She Must have Sales experience in B2B sales of cold chain like cold storages, Pharma, Food Processing equipment such as: Sandwich panels, industrial refrigeration equipment, condensers, air coolers, cold storage racking, food processing equipment, cold room doors, clean room manufacturers… and others.
• He/she needs to be located in Kerala and having good knowledge of geographical and Industrial area of Kerala.
• He/she must have a experience to generate the lead of end consumer and deal with them. experience with contractor and dealer, distributors is added advantage.
• He/she needs to Achieve / exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives using the knowledge and contacts base with above mentioned industries.
• He/she needs to Take Full Commercial responsibility of ‘zirkel Infraca' products and brands to support a customer focused approach for profitable growth in the assigned region/segment.
• Identify new sales opportunities. Understand the markets and the key players active in the Region/segment and build the necessary market intelligence to develop company business.
• Perform prospecting activities and maintain a sufficient base of prospects that will enable completion of sales targets.
• Prospecting activities include cold calling, proposal preparation, site visit, product demonstrations, customer analysis and needs assessments.
• Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
• With the help of the Operation team in India ensure that all the products are installed and running properly.
• Fluent English, Hindi and local languages required in the assigned region.
• Highly dynamic and motivated professional with excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Knowledge and understanding of the market trend.
