Answering and making phone calls: Answering and transferring phone calls to employees, and making phone calls on behalf of the office
Handling mail and packages: Receiving and delivering mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
Scheduling appointments: Scheduling meetings for employees and making appointments for staff or specific employees
Maintaining office supplies: Maintaining office supplies and keeping the reception area clean and tidy
Performing clerical tasks: Performing basic filing and recordkeeping, faxing, transcribing, and photocopying
Providing customer service: Responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner, and helping clients or customers with questions about their charges
Organizing files: Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc
