Responsibilities:

Responsible to find out the supplier for all material required for production and services as well
2 Supplier Evaluation based on price, quality, payment terms and delivery timings
3 Technical Knowledge about the Alum. Profiles, Metal Parts, sheets, Electrical Devices etc.
4 Dynamic performance to reduce down the purchase cost of every material
5 Record keeping of all purchases
6 Knowledge about international Procurement processes and details
7 Knowledge about international Shipping terms and conditions
8 Purchase Order Preparation
9 Vendor Follow up & Negotiations on Proposals
10 Inventory Management Skills
11 Maintaining and developing alternate suppliers for each and every parts supplier
12 Ability to read the technical Drawings and explain the same to various suppliers
13 Knowledge about the NDA policies for complex parts outsourcing.
14 Finalising the supplier based on best price, quality, payment terms and delivery timings
15 Identification of all spare parts used in production department and fining appropriate suppliers for same
16 basic knowledge about CAD drawings
17 Basic knowledge about the various machining, Fabrication, Assembly & other engineering processes.
knowledge about the products related to door manufacturing parts, like Rubber Gaskets, Insulation Foam,
PCGI Sheets, Door Hardware, etc.
