Position: - Dispatch / Logistics Executive
Exp: - Min 3 yrs.
Salary: - Upto 3 L
Location: - Nasik
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of delivery challans as per note duly authorized, Checking Of Delivery Challans With Notes Submitted By Dispatch Section
• Preparation of invoice in tally with consultation of account department
• Acknowledgement on delivery challan & on lorry copies.
• Follow-up for acknowledgement with site supervisor/Customer etc
• Maintaining of transport Excel file.
• Maintaining of party wise excel file
• Co-Coordinating with transporter for obtaining earlier months bills.
• Co- ordination with departments like dispatch, Stores, Sites etc
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
