· Acknowledgement on delivery challan & on lorry copies.

· Follow-up for acknowledgment with site supervisor/Customer etc

· Maintaining transport Excel file.

· maintaining of party wise excel file

· Co-Coordinating with the transporter for obtaining earlier months bills.

· Coordination with departments like dispatch, Stores, Sites etcof invoice in tally with consultation of account department
