Onboarding: Welcome new hires and ensure they are oriented to their roles
Training: Identify training needs and provide training programs
Performance management: Evaluate employee performance and administer performance appraisals
Employee relations: Address employee concerns, provide guidance and counseling, and manage disciplinary actions
Policies and procedures: Create and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws
Work environment: Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff comply with safety and health rules
Employee retention: Develop programs to retain employees and position the hotel as an attractive employer
Communication: Ensure an open and effective communication atmosphere between management and staff
