Managing employee relations: Resolving conflicts, designing programs, and implementing policies and procedures
Advising management: Providing guidance on employee relations matters, such as grievances, disciplinary issues, and performance management plans
Researching and analyzing: Gathering information through interviews and surveys, and analyzing data to make recommendations
Representing the company: Participating in negotiations with employee and labor organizations
Ensuring compliance: Overseeing people practices to ensure they are legally compliant
Training and developing staff: Training managers and supervisors on employee relations best practices
Supervising staff: Hiring, evaluating, and disciplining staff as needed

Experience 1 - 2 Years
Salary 1 Lac 75 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
