JOB BRIEF
Our company is looking for a Commercial Head with a knowledge of good commercial strategies. We
want a Candidate with knowledge Accounts and Finance of good commercial strategies which will
accelerate growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1.Monitoring & Management of Accounts of our 3 companies.
2. Managing Work of Subordinate, Head Of HR, Purchase and Accounts will report him.
3.Managing Cash and Bank Payments including Bank Reconciliation.
4.Tax Return, Assessment, Liasoning & Compliances.
5.Handling Taxes, TDS, TCS.
6.Overlooking Factory Operation aligning with finance.
7.Inventory Management. MIS Reporting.
8.All GST Compliance including Return Filling & Payment Verifications.
9.Sales Tax Assessment.
10.Monitaring payment of vender and suppliers.
11.Stock Statement, Internal audit and Statutory audits.
12.ledger scrutiny. Etc.
EDUCATION
Minimum Education : - Graduate in Accounts and Finance.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience :- 20 + Years in Accounts and Finance.
